JaveQ.com offers an extra Warranty on the JaveQ product line:
5 year Warranty on all HDMI Cables.
1 year Warranty on everything in the JaveQ store. All you need is to keep the original invoice from your order.

JaveQ.com offers a 30 day return policy on all other merchandise based on the following conditions:
NOT DEFECTIVE:
If you have a none defective merchandise, we will issue you an RAN # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are "non-refundable" there is a 25% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
You need a RAN # (Return Authorization Number) which we will issue to you. You must have this visibly in writing on the outside of the box.

To obtain RAN # please e-mail us the reason off your return at info@javeq.com or call one of our customer service representatives at: 514-667-4198 and they will assist you with your RAN. Merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging with all manuals and other accessories.
